How to grow strong and long nails? | Girl Here

When it comes to taking care of my nails I do have some "hacks"  that can help you grow them strong and long.

I always let them grow long and the key to that is to NOT cut them even if one of them breaks. I used to always do this before: When one of my nails breaks I cut all of them off thinking that they don't look nice at all, but I was definitely wrong! You need to be patient with them and let that nail that broke, grow and be like others!

I wrote down some steps that I want to share with you and help you grow long and beautiful nails:

1. It is necessary to file your nails at least once in two weeks!

2. If your nail brakes, DON'T  cut it all of! Just cut a minimal part that really needs to be cut, and that file it. If your nail is uneven don't worry, let it grow a little bit more and than even it out.

3. If you want your nails to grow quicker use castor oil. Take a small amount and spread it over your cuticles and nail. Castor oil also makes your hair grow faster so don't put it on places where hair is unwanted.

4. Most people say that you need nail polish as some kind of protective layer, but it is not true. I mean it does make sense but you really don't need it if you don't want to. I grow my nails without nail polish and no nail polish works perfectly for me!

5. Be careful when your hands are longer in water. They tend to soften and be more 'flexible' and easier to break. So just be careful!

6. Be careful while doing simple tasks like opening something or catching something. I broke so many nails on such stupid ways like opening something and it is so annoying that one wrong move can lead to broken nail (which is obviously disaster).

7. Clean your nails! This one is so important because there is so bacterias around you and it's really easy for them to get under your nail. Also, it can lead to having bacterias getting into your stomach and sometimes it can cause a lot of problems!

And that's it what I have for you. If you have some recommendations feel free to write them down in comments!
